This division focuses on execution, difficulty progression, and competitive performance quality.

 Our Traditional Competition Team competes based on:

• Stunts 
• Tumbling
• Jumps
• Dance
• Motions
• Cheer

Best for athletes who:

• Want a full competition routine
• Are ready for fast-paced, structured practices
• Want to push their stunting & tumbling
• Thrive in a performance-based environment
  

Commitment:

• Tryouts May 4 - May 6
• 1 Stunt Camps + 2 Choreography Days
• 5-6 competitions (including State)

May-August Practices:

• Mondays - 6:00 - 8:00PM @ Westosha Central HS
• Wednesdays - 5:00 - 7:00PM @ Westosha Central HS

September-February Practices:

• Mondays - 6:00 - 8:00PM @ Salem Grade School
• Wednesdays - 6:00-8:00PM @ Salem Grade School
• Thursdays - 6:00-8:00PM @ Salem Grade School

Elite Tumbling Classes - Mandatory

June - August:

• Mondays - 6:00 - 7:00PM @ Westosha Central HS

September - February:

• Mondays - 6:00 - 7:00PM @ Westosha Central HS

Game Day focuses on sideline-style performance and school spirit. 

Our Game Day Competition Team competes based on:

• Crowd-leading cheers
• Situational chants
• Band chant
• Fight song
• Timeout-style performance

This division emphasizes:

• Clean, sharp motions
• Strong voice projection
• Foundational stunting & tumbling skills
• Authentic game-day energy

Best for athletes who:

• Love leading the crowd
• Want to strengthen fundamentals
• Want competition experience in a spirit-focused format
• Are preparing for high school game day cheer

Commitment: 

• 1-2 Choreography Days 
• 5-6 competitions (including State)
